为助力中国（安徽）自由贸易试验区芜湖片区打造国际化开放新高地，自贸区管委会与安徽工程大学外国语学院联合共建“自贸通”多语言服务中心。该中心依托高校专业语言资源，聚焦外资外贸发展与国际人才交流，致力于构建“语言服务+产业赋能”的创新生态。通过为片区企业提供商务谈判、合同签订、技术交流等全链条多语言支持，显著优化涉外沟通效率，提升外籍人士在芜工作生活便利度；同时整合翻译服务、文化交流、外籍人才管理等职能，搭建跨境合作桥梁，吸引全球技术、资金、人才要素向芜湖集聚。中心创新数字化服务模式，以智能化技术提升服务响应速度，并与奇瑞汽车、金融机构等联合打造“智汇自贸·金融随行”外籍人才服务专场，推动语言服务与国际金融协同发展。当前正加速推进自贸区人才库建设，联合驻芜高校、科技部门精准对接企业需求，构建“产业—人才”双向匹配平台，为跨境电商、技术合作等领域输送专业力量。未来，中心将持续拓展国际资源网络，探索可复制的多语言服务经验，助力芜湖片区建设成为全国自贸区国际化发展的示范标杆。
To assist the China (Anhui) Pilot Free Trade Zone Wuhu Area in building a new highland of international opening-up, the Management Committee of the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and the School of Foreign Languages of Anhui Polytechnic University jointly established the “Free Trade Link” Multilingual Services Center. Relying on the professional language resources of universities, the center focuses on the development of foreign investment, foreign trade, and international talent exchanges, and is committed to building an innovative ecosystem of “language services + industrial empowerment”.
The center provides full-chain multilingual support for enterprises in the FTZ, including business negotiations, contract signings, and technical exchanges. This significantly optimizes the efficiency of foreign-related communication and improves the convenience of foreign nationals working and living in Wuhu. At the same time, it integrates functions such as translation services, cultural exchanges, and foreign talents management, building a bridge for cross-border cooperation and attracting global technology, capital and talents to gather in Wuhu.
The center innovates the digital service model, using intelligent technology to improve the service response speed. It also collaborates with Chery Automobile, financial institutions and others to create the “Smart FTZ · Financial Empowerment” exclusive financial event for foreign talents, promoting the coordinated development of language services and international finance. Currently, it is accelerating the construction of the talent pool in the FTZ. By collaborating with local universities and science and technology departments, it accurately meets the needs of enterprises, building a two-way matching platform for “industry – talent” to supply professional forces to fields such as cross-border e-commerce and technical cooperation.
In the future, the center will continue to expand its international resource network, explore replicable multilingual services experiences, and help the Wuhu FTZ become a demonstration benchmark for the international development of free trade zones across the country.
